Freezing
place sealed cookies in an air tight container in freezer
12 ish hours before needed, pull cookies from freezer and set on counter. DO NOT open container until all condensation has cleared. Opening early can cause cookies to thaw incorrectly.
once condensation has cleared, remove from air tight container and enjoy
